Upon waking up in the morning, spend the first minute sitting in purposeful silence. Breathe slowly and deeply and say a prayer of gratitude to remain totally in the present.
Calm your mind, relax your body, and allow your stress to melt away. With a deep sense of peace, you will find your purpose and direction.

2. AFFIRMATIONS
Take out your daily affirmations and read them aloud to remind yourself of your unlimited potential. Focus on what’s important and let your internal motivation arise. Read over the reminders of how capable you are to build your confidence. Re-energize yourself by focusing on your goals to take action to live the life that you want and deserve, which is now possible…

3. VISUALIZATION
Look at your vision board and reach out to your goals mentally. See how it looks and feels like through visualization.
As you reach out mentally, see the day going perfectly. Enjoy your work, smiling and laughing with your family, or your significant other, accomplishing all that you want to accomplish for that day easily. See what it looks like, and feel what it feels like, as you experience the joy of your creation…

4. EXERCISE
Stand up and spend the next minute doing jumping jacks for 60 seconds to energize yourself, and get the heart rate pumping up to be more alert and focus.

5. READING
Grab your self-help book and spend a minute reading a page or two. Learn a new idea or something that you can implement into your daily life, to feel better— and become better.

6. SCRIBING
In your imagination, pull out your journal and write down what you are grateful for, what you’re proud of, and the results you’re committed to achieving for that day. By doing so, you put yourself in an inspired, and empowered state of mind.
